Personal-data deletion
If a bot powered by AibaBot processed your personal data (name, phone, email, conversation history, etc.) and you want it deleted, fill in the form below. The platform acts as a processor on behalf of its customers (business accounts); full deletion is executed together with the responsible data controller.
What we need from you
- The data subject whose information was processed.
- The legal representative of the data subject (parent, guardian, authorized agent).
- In specific cases, competent authorities by official request (sent to [email protected] with supporting documents).
How we handle the request
- 01An automated acknowledgement is sent to the email you provided.
- 02We identify the responsible data controller (the business account whose bot processed the data) and forward the request to them.
- 03Platform-side caches, analytical aggregates, and backups are wiped on schedule within 5 business days from request processing.
- 04Full deletion by the controller is performed within the statutory timeframe (see below). We notify you when complete.
- 05If your request relates to a violation, we recommend filing a parallel abuse report so the incident is logged.
Timeframes and legal basis
- Kazakhstan: Art. 24 of the Law of the RK "On personal data and their protection" No. 94-V of 21.05.2013 — 15 business days from request.
- Russian Federation: Art. 21 of Federal Law 152-FZ — 10 business days (with a possible 5-day extension when necessary).
- We may retain copies for statutory compliance (e.g. on request of a competent authority), accounting and tax records, or dispute resolution — limited to the scope and period set by law.
