Subprocessors
AibaBot relies on third parties for specific service functions (LLM inference, messenger delivery, transactional email, payments). The list below is the current set. Engagement of each subprocessor depends on the customer (tenant) configuration: data only flows when the relevant feature is enabled.

Engagement terms
- Storage of personal data and backups occurs on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Art. 12 of the Law of the RK "On personal data and their protection." Transfer to other jurisdictions happens only for the relevant service function (e.g. an LLM API call) and is limited to what that function strictly requires.
- Subprocessors are bound by data-protection commitments at least equivalent to our Privacy Policy and execute Data Processing Agreements with us where applicable.
- Customers are notified of subprocessor list changes through the interface and/or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Material objections are accepted within the same window.
